Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
To view your pictures after a visit please go to the gallery, select the event, then click on the thumbnails to view the full size images. You can order prints or the JPEG file of any of the pictures shown in the gallery.
Q) How can I choose which prints I want?
A) The images are available for viewing in the gallery section of the web site. Please choose the size and image name (e.g. IMG_5578b) and contact us with your selection.
Q) What is the Cost?
A) Our prices for individual photographic prints start at £6.99 and range upwards depending on the product. It is always best to email t.hargreavesep@btinternet.com for a current pricelist this will also show any special offers that are on. If the product you would like does not appear on the pricelist please get in touch as we may be able to arrange for you to get the product you want.
Q) When is payment due?
A) Payment for the visit and photography session is payable on the day by cash or cheque. Any additional prints can be ordered as desired and will be processed when payment arrives.
Q) How long will the photographs take to arrive?
A) Depending on what sizes you require, please allow about 1-2 weeks for delivery for pictures that are part of your initial package. Additional prints, prints ordered from the website gallery and electronic images (jpegs) will arrive within 7 days of payment being received. Prints are offered in a gloss finish.
Q) How are the photographs packaged and presented?
A) Photographs will be posted to you in card backed envelopes for added protection or poster tubes if needed. Photos are provided unmounted.
Q) I have ordered some jpeg images. How many prints am I allowed to make and at what size?
A) You are allowed to make three prints of any size you like for personal use only. Copyright remains with Thomas Hargreaves. If asked in a print shop if you own the copyright for the image (they usually have to ask this) say you have written permission from the holder. A free reproduction permission slip can be posted to you as part your order if required (please ask when placing order if required).
Q) I want to put some of the pictures up on my website or blog. Is this allowed?
A) A free low resolution, watermarked image will be supplied via email for you to upload to your personal website/blog if you wish. Any attempt to remove the watermark will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions.
